# EASF - European Accident Statement Form > Official-format European Accident Statement (constat amiable / Unfallbericht) you fill out online with the other driver in real time, in 33 languages, and receive as a signed PDF. Works cross-border across the EU/EEA. No account required. The basic accident-statement form is free to complete; some additional features may be paid. EASF (easf.eu) is a collaborative web app for documenting a road traffic accident using the standardised European Accident Statement. Two drivers open the same session on their own phones, each fills in their own column in their own language, both sign, and both receive an identical signed PDF by email. The layout and field numbering match the official paper form recognised by insurers across Europe. There is also an offline/solo mode and an installable PWA.
