  • Sending PDF document to the specified email address – legal basis: user consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  • Marketing communication (optional) – legal basis: user consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  • Ensuring security and proper operation of the service – legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

4. Data Retention Period

Personal data is retained for the following periods:

  • Session data – automatically deleted 24 hours after session creation
  • Generated PDF documents – not stored on the server after being sent via email
  • Marketing consents – until consent is withdrawn by the user
  • Technical logs – maximum 30 days

5. Data Recipients

Personal data may be transferred to the following recipients:

  • Hosting service providers (Cloudflare Pages)
  • Email service providers (Resend)
  • The other accident participant (to the extent necessary to prepare the joint statement)
